Dark Files

The premise of the game:

You wake up, disoriented, trapped within the confines of your own mind. The shadows dance around, mocking your confusion, a malevolent force trying to pull you under. Your hands tremble as you open the laptop, revealing a sinister text file that serves as your tether to reality...

Game play:

Sniff through your file system and find out who you are. Some files seem to be locked, maybe there is a code somewhere...

Game is basically over once you find the needed passwords, but you are free to roam around as long as you wish.

This is a small project for my first ever jam entry 1-BIT JAM. I made it using Godot engine 3. You can check out the source to see how i did it. You are highly encouraged to play with the code. Its easy to make any folder structure just by editing file_system script. If you made anything feel free to send it to me i would love to see it.
